Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) and The Yard at Fishers District are proud to announce the finalized lease with Pier 48 Fish House & Oyster Bar , a new restaurant concept featuring sea-to-table cuisine using only the most sustainable, homemade ingredients to captivate a New England-styled dining experience. The restaurant and bar will utilize the bounty of locally grown produce, line caught seafood, and wildly enjoyed mid-western grain fed beef with handmade pastas rounding out the offerings. In addition to great food and fine casual seaside ambiance, guests will also be able to enjoy patio seating and a full-service bar.
Pier 48 Fish House & Oyster Bar will inhabit a very prominent position at the entrance off of 116th St, across from the highly-anticipated, americana themed concept from Craig Huse; The HC Grill. Pier 48 Fish House & Oyster Bar will be located on the first floor of the mixed-use building that will also feature The Mark (luxury, multifamily residential), Kincaid’s Meat Market, Nicey Treat, and other dining establishments and retail services that have yet to be announced.
